Complete our referral form or contact our team to discuss the child’s needs and placement requirements.

Initial Assessment

Our team carefully reviews the referral information to determine whether we can meet the child’s individual needs and ensure the placement is appropriate.

Placement Discussion

We work closely with the referring authority, professionals, and, where appropriate, the child and family to plan a safe and successful placement.

Welcome & Ongoing Support

Once the placement is agreed upon, we provide a warm welcome, personalised care planning and continuous support to help the child settle and thrive.
